Introduction
Use Wally Editing Service and you’re agreeing to these terms. Pretty standard stuff, but we’ve written it in actual English instead of legalese nobody understands.
If something here doesn’t work for you, email us before ordering anything. Better to sort it out upfront than deal with problems later.
What We Offer
Editing: PDFs, resumes, certificates, flyers, logos—we fix them properly
Writing: SEO articles, website content, blog posts, proofreading—content that actually works
Design: Logos, social graphics, business cards, certificates, branding—custom work, not templates
Web Stuff: WordPress sites, maintenance, SEO fixes, speed optimization, backlinks—sites that function
Service Tools: Text generators (Bold, Cursive, Fancy, Glitch), WallyTik TikTok downloader, converters, and more coming regularly
Most tools stay free. We’re also building premium versions for people who need advanced features. We’ll post details when they’re ready.
Who Can Use Our Services
Need to be 18 or older to order paid services. Under 18? Get your parents’ permission first.
Free tools work for everyone, but if you’re under 14, don’t give us personal information. Check with your parents before using anything.
Got an account? Keep your login secure. Everything that happens under your account is your responsibility. Account compromised? Tell us immediately.
Don’t Be That Person
Use our services for legitimate stuff. Don’t create illegal content, steal other people’s work, harass anyone, spread malware, or try breaking our site.
Violate these rules and we’ll kick you off without refunding your money. Simple.
How Ordering Works
Pick a service, review the price, add to cart or checkout. Payment goes through, order gets confirmed, work begins.
Your Responsibilities:
Give us accurate contact info. Provide complete project files. Explain clearly what you need. Respond when we ask questions.
Missing information delays your project. That’s on you, not us.
Payment:
Pay upfront before work starts. We take major payment methods through secure processors. Prices might change over time, but your order locks in whatever price you saw at checkout.
Timeline:
We give you an estimated delivery time based on your project. Rush orders cost extra. Timeline starts when we’ve got complete information and payment—not when you first email us asking about prices.
Our Guarantees
Quality
We fix grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors that were in your original file. Found something we missed? Email [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery.
We Don’t Fix:
- Stuff you changed after getting your files back
- Content you added later
- Things you want rewritten differently
- Style preferences you didn’t mention originally
Delivery
We deliver on time or refund your money. Miss the deadline? Contact us within 48 hours for a refund.
Except When:
- You didn’t give us complete information
- Major technical failures happened (server crashes, natural disasters, etc.)
- Something truly beyond anyone’s control occurred
Refund Policy
You Get Money Back If:
- We blow the deadline
- We can’t finish your project like we agreed
- Final delivery has major problems we can’t fix
You Don’t Get Money Back If:
- You changed your mind after work started
- You gave us wrong or incomplete information
- You stopped responding to our questions
- You broke these terms
Want a refund? Ask within 7 days of delivery. Email [email protected] with your order number.
Intellectual Property
Your Content
You own your content. Sending us files to edit doesn’t make them ours. We use your stuff only to complete your project.
Our Work
Once you pay, you own the completed work. Design projects (logos, graphics) come with full commercial rights. Use them however you want.
Our Website and Tools
Everything on https://wallyeditingservice.com/ belongs to us. Don’t steal our code, copy our tools, or pretend you made them.
Free tools? Use them personally or commercially. Just don’t:
- Resell the tools themselves
- Claim you created them
- Strip our name off and redistribute them
Privacy Stuff
What you send stays private. NDAs signed internally. Encrypted transfers. Secure storage. Your work doesn’t become our portfolio unless you say it’s okay in writing.

Our editing, writing, design, and web work reflects professional judgment. You review and approve everything before using it.
We’re Not Responsible For:
- How you use finished work
- What other people think about your content
- Business results from our services
- Technical problems with platforms you publish on
Limitation of Liability
Our liability caps at whatever you paid for the specific service causing problems. We’re not liable for:
- Indirect damages or consequences
- Lost profits or business opportunities
- Data you didn’t back up
- Third-party complaints about your content
This applies regardless of whether it’s contract, negligence, or something else.
Indemnification
You agree to defend Wally Editing Service from claims caused by:
- How you use our services
- Content you gave us
- You breaking these terms
- You violating someone else’s rights
Termination
Break these terms, lie to us, abuse our staff, commit fraud—we’ll terminate your access. No refunds for work already delivered.
Changes to Terms
We update these occasionally. The new version gets posted here with an updated date. Big changes get announced via banner or email.
Keep using our services after changes? You’ve accepted the new terms.
